About Us

Breeze Hill is a managed 55+ community of more than 100 homes on the shores of Walk-in-the-Water Lake (Lake Weohyakapka). Residents own their homes and land and about 1/3 of them live here all year. The common areas, which include the Clubhouse, dock, pool and shuffleboard courts, are owned by the residents who are members of the Florida Not for Profit 617 Corporation called Breeze Hill Common Area Property Owners, Inc. (CAPO)

When a CAPO member’s property is sold, the CAPO ownership share passes automatically to the buyer. The ownership share stays with the home, not the owner.
The maintenance fees are $100/month for CAPO members.
